So somedays ago some guy asked how to deactivate his prohibitions on his GF computer right? So I found a solution in CMD.

How is this usefull?
-When you forgot your pass while you inside the admin account;
-Nothing else.

How you do it?
1. Open up CMD.exe
2. Write up "net user".
3. Check for the user you want to change the pass. (Gonna use admin as example)
4. Write again this "net user admin *"
5. Write the pass you want.
6. ???
